Welcome to Hotel My Dream. By accessing or using our website hotelmydream.co.in, booking our rooms, or reserving our banquet halls, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Guests must provide valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.
  • Hotel My Dream reserves the right to refuse service to any guest in case of misconduct, violation of hotel policies, or non-compliance with these terms.
  • Prices, services, and policies are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Room Booking Policy

  • Check-in and check-out times will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  • Room tariffs are subject to applicable taxes as per government regulations.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

3. Banquet Hall Booking Policy

  • Banquet hall bookings must be confirmed in advance.
  • Final guest count and event requirements must be shared prior to the event date.
  • Outside food, decor, or DJ services are allowed only with prior approval from hotel management.
  • Any damage to banquet property or equipment will be charged to the organizer.

4. Payment Terms

  • Advance payment may be required to confirm room or banquet bookings.
  • Full payment must be completed as per the agreed timeline.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Room Booking Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the check-in date may be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may attract cancellation charges.
  • No-shows may be charged the full booking amount.

Banquet Hall Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event date may be eligible for partial or full refund, subject to management discretion.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the advance amount.
  • Refund timelines, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of cancellation.

6. Use of Facilities

  • Hotel amenities are provided for guest use only and must be used responsibly.
  • The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and noise levels must comply with hotel rules and local laws.

7. Force Majeure

Hotel My Dream shall not be held liable for failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

The hotel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Karnal, Haryana.
